Lord Ganesha.
It was the day where we visited one family who is living in the area where most of the middle class people stayed. It is a small apartment with 2 bedrooms without any living room and with a very small kitchen which costed them around 6 lakhs. 1 lakh is 10000 rupees = USD220/-. For the size of the apartment it is expensive. Delhi became expensive for the poor and middle class peoples. What they said that in India the cost of living were increasing almost double since the last 4 years and a lots of peoples couldn't follow this modernisation.
So at the same day when we were at this place, the local peoples were celebrating one of the festival that we aren't sure how does it call. But it is something about LORD GANESHA. They explained to us that they would give this lord to drink a milk and take him to the river and give him a shower. It is nice when we can see something else during the weekend and enjoy the foods at the nice restaurants. Something that we couldn't do during three years in Abuja!
Big kiss from NDH
