At the end of our stay in Abuja, we left two birds in a cage. The pirotes from Gabon!! They can speak and are always happy to have people in the garden with them.
But here we have so many of green pirotes in our garden.....flying freely every afternoon. If they are tired they will hang up on the tree next to our balcony. For sure, it is more nice to see them in the nature then in the cage. So, what we do in the afternoon when we don't have much thing to do, we just stay at the balcony, watching and trying to count how many of them. And we tried to take a few photos too. Well, that is a difficult thing to do as the birds are so green and same colours with the leafs. We have also squerills which having a stripe on their back but very small and cute. Means that we are not alone in this beautiful compound!!

A la fin de notre sejours a Abuja, nous avons laisse deux peroquets qui viennent du Gabon. Ils peuvent parler et ils sont content d'avoir des gens dans le jardin pour qu'ils puissent communiquer. Mais ici, nous avons les peroquets verts et ils sont en liberte. C'est plus sympa surement de voir quand ils sont libre que dans la cage. Quand ils sont fatigue, ils s'agripent sur l'arbre qui est a cote de notre balcon....., ils sont tous mignons!! Alors, quand nous n'avons pas grande chose a faire a la fin de la journee, nous restons sur le balcon pour voir et des fois nous essaieons de prendre les photos.....ce n'est pas toujours facile avec le coulour. A part ca, nous avons aussi les ecureils qui ont les rayures sur le dos, mais ils sont petits et mignons. Cela veut dire que nous ne sommes pas tous seuls dans notre compound!!!
